4. Website Google Ads API Usage
Our website uses the Google Ads API for legitimate business purposes related to advertising campaign management and conversion tracking. This only applies when you accept Tier 2 consent (Accept All) on our website.
Permitted Use
- Campaign Management: We use Google Ads API to read campaign performance, optimise ad targeting, and measure ROI
- Conversion Tracking: Track extension installation events and other conversion actions (Account ID: AW-17525550572)
- API Compliance: All usage complies with Google Ads API Terms of Service and rate limits
User Consent
Google Ads conversion tracking only activates when you accept Tier 2 consent (Accept All) on our website. You can change your consent choice anytime via the privacy banner in the footer.
No Unauthorised Access
We do not engage in unauthorised data scraping, respect all API rate limits and usage quotas, and use the Google Ads API solely for legitimate business purposes as outlined in Google's policies.
5. Intellectual Property
Little Bear Apps Ownership
- All extension code, branding, logos, and trademarks belong to Little Bear Apps
- Website content, design, graphics, and documentation are protected by copyright
- You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute our extensions without permission
Your Content Ownership
- User-generated content (notes, clips, exports, palettes) remains your property
- All processing happens locally - we don't claim ownership of your data
- You retain full rights to files, notes, and content you create using our extensions
Limited Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Little Bear Apps extensions for personal and commercial purposes. This licence does not permit you to:
- Redistribute or resell modified versions of our extensions
- Remove copyright notices, trademarks, or attribution
- Use our branding to create derivative products
- Claim ownership of Little Bear Apps intellectual property
Attribution Requirements
If distributing modifications (where permitted), you must include clear attribution to Little Bear Apps and link to our website. Modified versions must be clearly marked as unofficial derivatives.
6. Disclaimers & Limitations

Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Dispute Resolution

Step 2: Mediation
If informal resolution fails, we prefer mediation before litigation. Both parties agree to participate in good-faith mediation.
Step 3: Legal Action
Only after informal resolution and mediation attempts have failed. Governed by Australian law (Victoria jurisdiction).
Governing Law
- Jurisdiction: Australian law (State of Victoria)
- Small Claims: Disputes under $10,000 AUD may be handled in small claims court
- Australian Consumer Law: Your consumer rights under Australian law always apply
Class Action Waiver
Where legally permitted, you agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits. This waiver may not apply in all jurisdictions.
Note: This waiver does not affect your consumer rights under Australian law or other mandatory legal protections.

SEO Ads Expert is an AI-assisted Google Ads optimisation platform that:
- Analyzes your Google Ads campaign performance data
- Generates optimisation recommendations using Thompson Sampling algorithms
- Identifies budget allocation opportunities and performance inefficiencies
- Applies user-approved changes to your Google Ads account
- Maintains audit logs of all modifications
- Provides rollback capabilities for recent changes
Important: All changes to your Google Ads account require your explicit approval before being applied.
User Responsibilities
Account Ownership
- Own or have permission for linked Google Ads accounts
- Comply with Google Ads Terms of Service
- Ensure all data provided is accurate and lawful
- Not manage accounts without authorisation
Review & Approval
- Review all optimisation recommendations
- Understand impact before applying changes
- Verify changes align with business goals
- Monitor account after changes applied

Google Ads API Compliance
By using SEO Ads Expert, you agree to comply with:

API Access: Google may modify API terms or revoke our access.
- We will notify you of any changes
- Service functionality may be limited or discontinued
- We are not liable for disruptions caused by Google

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Fees and Payment
Free Beta Access
SEO Ads Expert is currently offered as a free beta while we develop and refine the platform.
- We may introduce pricing in the future with at least 30 days advance notice to existing users
- You may discontinue use before any pricing takes effect
- No payment information is collected during the beta period
Account Termination
By You
You may terminate at any time by:
- Canceling via account settings
- Revoking Google Ads API access
- Contacting help@littlebearapps.com
Data deleted within 30 days of termination
By Us
We may suspend/terminate if:
- You violate these Terms
- You abuse the Service or API quotas
- Google requires suspension
- Payment method fails
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Victoria, Australia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
