Does this work with classic editor content too?
The Gutenberg adapter focuses on block editor content. For classic editor content, the adapter can read it as a single "classic" block. Use the PRO deep adapter to convert classic content to modern blocks.
Can I access custom blocks created by themes or plugins?
Yes! The adapter works with all registered blocksβcore, theme, and plugin blocks. Any block registered in WordPress is accessible through WP Navigator.
What happens if I modify blocks through the deep adapter?
All changes follow WP Navigator's governed workflow: policy check β diff preview β human approval β publish. PRO users also get automated backups before changes and one-click rollback if needed.
Does this affect the block editor UI or performance?
No. The adapter only activates when an AI agent makes a request. Your normal WordPress editing experience is completely unchanged with zero performance impact.
Can I create block patterns that work in the WordPress pattern directory?
The deep adapter creates block patterns in your local WordPress site. These are reusable block patterns stored in your database. You can export them manually to share or submit to the pattern directory.
